I like this cake. I decorate also but only with frosting and have used some gum paste for flowers. Also have used royal icing for creating flowers. I am so intrested in fondant. Have you been working with fondant long? And is there alot to be concerned with the weather when dealing with fondant?
Thanks for the comments. I've only been cake decorating and working with fondant for approx 2 months, so I'm not that experienced I'm afraid. I don't have a problem with fonadant and humidity as I live in the north of England but I know it can be a real problem for cake decorators in certain areas of the USA ;0)
